Main Purpose

​This card is used inside Amaron Pure Sine Wave Inverters. DSP stands for Digital Signal Processor. It is a high-speed microprocessor that manages power conversion, battery charging, and safety protections.

​2. A Simple Example

​Imagine you are working on your computer at home and the power suddenly goes out:

• ​Instant Switching: Within milliseconds, the DSP card detects the power failure and switches the power source to the battery. It does this so fast that your computer doesn’t even restart.
• ​Safety (Overload): If you accidentally turn on a heavy appliance (like a high-wattage vacuum) that the 800VA inverter cannot handle, the DSP card detects the “Overload” and shuts down the system instantly to prevent the circuit from burning.
• ​Voltage Regulation: It ensures that the electricity coming out of the battery is a “Pure Sine Wave” (exactly like the grid power), so your fans don’t make a humming noise and your sensitive electronics stay safe.

​3. Key Functions of the Card

• ​Battery Management: It monitors the battery level and stops charging automatically once the battery is full (Auto-cut).
• ​Protection: It protects the inverter from short circuits, deep discharge of the battery, and overheating.
• ​Visual Indicators: It controls the LED lights or LCD display on the front of the inverter to show status (Mains ON, Charging, Low Battery, etc.).
