Troubleshooting Checklist:
Check Heat: Is the connector very hot to the touch? If yes, replace it immediately.
Visual Check: Has the connector turned black (burnt) or does it look melted?
Tug Test: Gently pull the wire; it should not come out of the connector.
- Multimeter Test: Check the voltage coming from the panel. If the voltage is fluctuating (going up and down), there is a fault in the connector
