V-Guard Control Card is the “brain” or the central processing unit of V-Guard electrical devices, such as voltage stabilizers and Digital UPS (inverters). It is a printed circuit board (PCB) that manages all monitoring, switching, and protection functions.

• ​Voltage Monitoring: Continuously tracks incoming voltage levels to decide when to “boost” or “buck” the power.
• ​Intelligent Switching: Operates the relays (in stabilizers) or MOSFETs (in inverters) to ensure the output remains within a safe range for your appliances.
• ​Safety Cut-offs: Automatically disconnects the power during extreme high or low voltage spikes to prevent hardware damage.
• ​Time Delay System (ITDS): In AC stabilizers, the card manages the “Intelligent Time Delay,” which protects the compressor from frequent restarts during power fluctuations.
• ​Smart Features: In modern “Smart” series models, the control card includes Bluetooth or Wi-Fi modules to communicate with the V-Guard Smart app for remote monitoring.
