Description
Luminous Zelio 1700VA 24V control card is the “brain” of the inverter. It uses a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) to manage power conversion, battery charging, and the LCD interface.
Think of the DSP as a high-speed calculator that constantly monitors the incoming voltage and outgoing load to ensure the sine wave remains pure and stable.
Key Components of the Control Card
- Microcontroller (DSP chip): Processes real-time data to regulate the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal.
- LCD Interface Pins: Connects to the front display to show “Time to Back-up” and “Fault” alerts.
- MOSFET Driver Section: Sends signals to the power board to switch the 24V DC from batteries into AC.
- Sensing Circuitry: Monitors battery voltage (24V) and mains input to decide when to switch to UPS mode
