Description
- Supply Connection: The card gets its +12V DC supply directly from the battery terminal via the main PCB.
- Mains Sensing: One wire set senses the AC input voltage. This tells the DSP to switch from “Battery Mode” to “Mains Mode.”
- MOSFET Gate Drive: The DSP sends low-voltage signals through the ribbon cable to the Gate of the MOSFETs to start the oscillation process.
- Feedback Loop: The 3-pin feedback wire (connected to the transformer) tells the card if the output is exactly 220V–230V. If the voltage is too high, the DSP reduces the pulse width.
- Control Switch: Pin 1 and Pin 2 of the switch connector are shorted when you press the power button, signaling the DSP to “Wake Up
