EXIDE SOLAR 850VA DSP Control Card, here is where and how you can use it:
1. Repairing a Faulty Inverter
The most common use is as a replacement part. If you own an Exide 850VA solar inverter and its main circuit board (PCB) has burnt out or stopped working, you can swap the old board with this new DSP card to make the inverter functional again.
2. Upgrading a Non-Solar Inverter
You can use this card to convert a regular (Normal) Inverter into a Solar Inverter.
- The Setup: You replace the internal motherboard of an old 850VA non-solar inverter with this Exide DSP card.
- The Result: Your old inverter will now have “intelligence.” It will be able to prioritize solar energy and charge your battery directly from solar panels.
A Short Practical Example
Imagine you have an old inverter at home that only works on grid electricity, and your monthly electricity bill is high.
- Step: You (or a technician) install this Exide DSP Control Card into that inverter.
- How it works: You connect a solar panel to it. During the day, the DSP card “senses” the sunlight and automatically cuts off the government power supply (Mains).
