Description
- Sine Wave Generation: It generates the high-frequency Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signals necessary to drive the power MOSFETs/IGBTs, ensuring a pure sine wave output for running sensitive appliances.
- Charging Algorithm: It manages the multi-stage battery charging process (like Boost, Trickle, or Float charging) to ensure the battery is charged efficiently without overcharging.
- System Monitoring: It continuously monitors critical parameters:
- Battery Voltage (for low/high cutoffs).
- Output Voltage (to maintain a stable 220V/230V AC).
- Load Current (for overload protection).
- Fault Handling: It implements the protection logic:
- Overload Trip: Shuts down output immediately upon excessive load.
- Short Circuit Protection.
- Battery Low/High Cutoff.
- User Interface: It controls the LED indicators (Mains, Charging, Battery Low, Overload, etc.) and buzzer.
